Do you sell to private customers, or only to businesses?
Both. We supply retailers, importers, and brands — but we are just as happy to help individual customers find something special. Whatever you are looking for, get in touch and we will find the right solution together.
Can I order from your standard collection, or do you only do custom work?
Both options are available. Our standard collection covers hundreds of shapes and designs across all seasons and occasions — ready to order. And if you have something specific in mind, we offer fully custom ornaments made to your specifications. You can find out more on our Collections page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly ship to customers across Europe and the United States. For specific shipping questions, please get in touch directly and we will give you all the details.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to get in touch via our contact form. Tell us what you are looking for — whether that is a standard design, a custom order, or something you are not quite sure how to describe yet — and we will take it from there personally.
Custom Orders & Private Label
Can you make ornaments with our logo or brand colors?
Yes. Custom orders are a core part of what we do. We work with retailers, importers, and brands to create ornaments in your colors, with your motifs, or carrying your logo. Every custom project starts with a conversation — tell us your idea and we will find a way to make it work.
What is the process for a custom order?
It starts with a conversation. You share your idea — whether that is a detailed brief, a sketch, a logo, or simply a feeling you want to capture. From there, we develop the design together, produce samples for your approval, and then move into production. We have done this many times, for briefs of every size and complexity.
Can you develop completely new shapes, or only decorate existing ones?
Both. We can decorate any shape from our existing collection in your design, or develop an entirely new form from scratch to your specifications. If you can describe it, we can work with it.
How far in advance should I plan a custom order?
The earlier the better — especially for seasonal orders. Custom development takes time, and we want to make sure the result is exactly right. Get in touch as early as you can and we will give you a realistic timeline based on your project.
Wholesale & Retail
Do you supply retail shops and Christmas markets?
Yes. We work with a wide range of retail partners — from specialist gift shops and Christmas markets to larger importers. Our standard collection offers a broad assortment across all seasons and occasions, and we are happy to help you find the right range for your customers.
Can I request a catalogue or product overview? Absolutely. Get in touch via our contact form and we will send you what you need. For a first impression, you can also browse our shop directly.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Pricing depends on the products, quantities, and order specifics. Please get in touch and we will put together the right offer for you.
Workshops & Visits
Do I need to book in advance for an open workshop?
No. Our open events require no registration. Just show up during the event hours, pick up a brush, and we will take care of the rest. No experience needed.

Can I bring children?
Absolutely. Little ones from around age 2 are welcome to give it a try, and from age 4 it really starts to get fun. Adults love it just as much — it is genuinely an experience for all ages.
What does a workshop visit cost?
Our open workshops are free to attend. You only pay for the ornament you decorate and take home. For private bookings, pricing is available on request.
Can you bring the workshop to us?
Yes. We offer a mobile workshop experience for corporate events, school visits, Christmas markets, and private celebrations. We pack everything up and come to your location. Get in touch and we will work out the details together.
Are workshops available in English?
We are a German workshop, but we love welcoming international visitors. If you are planning a visit or a private event and have questions about language, just get in touch beforehand and we will make sure everyone feels at home.
